Arizona-born entrepreneur Tyler Leber is making waves in the virtual assistant (VA) landscape with Coconut, his three-and-a-half-year-old startup placing high-level offshore assistants and maintaining exceptional retention rates.

Since launching in Phoenix, Leber has built Coconut into a remote staffing powerhouse, offering managed executive assistants and other roles—such as project managers, junior developers, and even agile coaches—from high-quality talent hubs primarily like the Philippines.
